Onat Kibaroglu

Onat Kibaroglu is a PhD candidate (Research Scholarship) at the National University of Singapore (Supervisor: Dr. Itty Abraham), with the focus topic of “Industry 4.0 in Southeast Asia”. He is also aweekly contributor on societal trends at the Global Times ofShanghai, one of the largest newspaper establishments in the PRCand the Co-Founder & Chief Global Strategist of, an online business & tech magazine. At the time of writing he is interning part-time at a Public Affairs & Relations consulting agency “Hume Brophy” at their Asian HQ in Singapore, where he is working with the largest ride-hailing app of Southeast Asia and many other prominent tech startups.

Alessio Wei Chen

Alessio Wei Chen is currently a Yenching Scholar at the Yenching Academy of Peking University. He graduated in Political Science, minoring in Humanistic Studies, from John Cabot University in Rome. He then received an MSc in International Relations at the London School of Economics, where he specialized in Asia and the Pacific. An Italian national of Chinese descent, Alessio has lived in China, Italy, the US, and the UK. Previously, he gained experience at the US Embassy in Italy, at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), at the Italian Permanent Mission to the UN in New York, and as a Delegate of the European Union to the 2016 G20 Youth Summit in China.

Cristian Tracci

Cristian Tracci is currently pursuing a Master in International Affairs at the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University in New York City. He is studying International Security Policy and UN studies, with a particular focus on conflicts and post-conflict scenarios. For this reason, he recently worked on a research project in collaboration with the UN Peacekeeping Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK). During his Bachelor Degree in International Affairs and Philosophy at John Cabot University, in Rome, he had the chance to study abroad at Temple University Japan in Tokyo and at Yonsei University in Seoul. He also interned at the Guarini Institute for Public Affairs and at the Canadian Center for the Responsibility to Protect.

Paola Camelo

Paola Camelo is an Economics & Business Administration bachelor’s student at the University of Southern Denmark. Previously from 2014-2016, Paola studied Chinese Language and Culture at Beijing Language and Culture University. Her passion for culture and mutual understanding have taken her to live in and experience five different countries. From 2012-2014 Paola studied at San Diego City College (USA) where she studied English Language the first year and took business courses the second year. Born in Colombia but raised in Spain, Paola is an international student with interest in International Relationship and Business Development.

Kapal Dev

Kapal Dev is working as PhD student at Politecnico di Milano, Italy and studying Telecommunication Engineering under the project of European Union project “INTACT Erasmus Mundus”. Since October 2014, I am involved in research activities relative to Applied Electromagnetics, propagation through the atmosphere at optical frequencies. Currently, working on Terrestrial Free Space Optics majorly on outdoor channel Modeling and interested to work in the field of visible light Communication in future. Apart from academics, he is an active working group member of Erasmus + student and Alumni Association (ESSA) and a Volunteer for garage Erasmus (1st Professional Network of Erasmus Generation). Also, he works as an Intern in China-Pak Economic corridor (CPEC) project to establish an academic belt between China and Pakistan.
